Healing the trauma and dogma around physical touch

The idea behind these poems or dances or whatever you want to call them, is each of these is a way for entertain your physical self.  Use these as tools to communicate your desires, your wants.  These are suggestions.  Play!  As you do, modify, customize and explore what you enjoy.  And learn what you don't.  Sometimes its hard to express in words and my goal is these prompts help.
